Kim had a hard time finding bras that wouldn’t poke her in the arm or armpit. We tried her in vertical underwires, and she was amazed at how much better it felt when the underwires were only on the front of her body. I reshaped the frame of the bra slightly to match the vertical shape of the underwires. A minor adjustment in the volume of the upper cup and we had a beautifully fitting bra!
