“A” wanted a custom fit wireless bra. “A” has what are known as omega-shaped breasts. These breasts are narrower at the base than they are away from the chest; this shape is not catered to in RTW. “A” also has cylindrical rib cage shape. I was able to do an omega adjustment to match “A”s anatomy and then I modified the bottom band of the Lanai wireless bra to better sit along her ribcage. Gothic arches are very comfortable!
